Notice of AGM 2019

Notice is hereby given that the 32^nd Annual General Meeting of the PROGRESSIVE CREDIT UNION CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED will be held on Saturday 23^rd March 2019 at The Southern Academy for the Performing Arts, Ministry of Community Development, Culture & the Arts, Corner Todd Street and Rienzi Kirton Highway, San Fernando commencing at 10:00 a.m.

For the following purposes:

1. To present the Audited Accounts for 2018
2. To receive the reports of the Board of Directors and Committees for the year ended 31^st December 2018
3. To read and confirm the minutes of the 31^st Annual General Meeting and Matters Arising and the Minutes of the Special General Meeting 2018 and Matters Arising
4. To elect Officers:
5. Board of Directors
6. Supervisory Committee
7. Credit Committee
8. To approve the Budget for the year ending 31^st December 2019
9. To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year
10. To approve resolutions
11. To transact any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting

• 35^th Anniversary Award Ceremony will follow immediately after the Annual General Meeting
