Notice is hereby given that at the 29^th Annual General Meeting held on Saturday 2^nd April 2016, at the Centre Pointe Mall, Chaguanas,

The Dividend declared was 4% and was credited to Member’s Share Account. A 3% rebate was credited to Member’s Deposit Account.
